The band structure of three-layer symmetric InAs/GaSb/InAs quantum wells confined between AlSb barriers is analyzed theoretically. The magnetoabsorption spectra in double HgTe/CdHgTe quantum wells (QWs) with normal and inverted band structures are investigated.
