A series of tin oxide $$(\hbox {SnO}_{2})/\hbox {polyaniline}$$ (SnO2)/polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposites with loading of different wt% of PANI were synthesised using a solution-based processing method for improving the structural and physical properties of tin oxide. The effect of PANI loading on the gross structure, surface morphology, optical properties and electrical properties of $$\hbox {SnO}_{2}/\hbox...
In this paper, we have developed a physics-based model for surface potential, channel potential, electric field and drain current for AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor with high-K gate dielectric using two-dimensional Poisson equation under full depletion approximation with the inclusion of effect of polarization charges. The accuracy of the model has been verified and is found to be in...
The radiative lifetimes of eight levels belonging to the 3p4nd (n=4–6) configuration of ArII have been measured using high frequency deflection technique together with a delayed coincidence single photon counting arrangement. Lifetimes of some of the levels have been measured for the first time. The results have been compared with other experimental and theoretical values.
