Diagnostic techniques are developed and a vibroacoustic method is used to study the technological parameters of workpieces produced by electroerosion machining. This method is preferable when the machining work zone is not accessible by optical means.
The aim of investigations presented is the improvement of electroerosion (EE) machining stability, quality of product surface being obtained as well as the level of automation for the complete technological process. It is shown that in this case, the processing data from a working area in the form of vibroacoustic (VA) signals can be successfully used.
