A tripartite single-photon state shared through noisy quantum channels is considered for three different system configurations. The quantum teleportation of a single-photon state between two parties is investigated in cases with and without the assistance of a third party. The condition that the quantum teleportation is superior to the classical one is provided in terms of the damping rate and detector...
Information transmission via the quantum dense coding of continuous variables by using a two-mode squeezed vacuum state is considered for a noisy quantum channel. It is shown that if the channel noise is not so strong, the quantum dense coding of continuous variables works well for information transmission even in a noisy quantum channel.
