A cavity cascade model is presented for the large signal beam-interaction analysis of folded waveguide (FWG) traveling wave tube (TWT). We use an equivalent circuit to describe the FWG and the parameters of the circuit are provided. A large signal simulation code was build based on this model and the calculating results show this model is well agree with the experimental data.
