In this paper, we propose a user-participated interactive IPTV service, or SayUTV. When designing it, we take into consideration its interactivity and broadcasting-type features, and derive the design requirements, such as participation control procedure and its signaling, and broadcasting scheduling. With these considerations, we develop SayUTV service and verified it through a real system demonstration.
