In Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs), access control and authentication are crucial security services for both vehicle to vehicle (V2V) and vehicle to infrastructure (V2I) communications. On the other hand, services provided by VANETs would be reduced if the vehicle private data are misused and the privacy is not protected. In this paper, we investigate the secure access control with authentication...
We propose in this paper a novel prospective vision of virtual private networks built upon the fourth generation smallcell technology. The proposed solution promotes the enterprise manageability on its private connections, established over LTE. In fact, the smallcell node is renovated by adding USIM cards enabling it to act as a gateway between the employees and the LTE core system. Also, a QoS provision...
Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is an emerging technology that allows dynamic configuration of networks connecting many heterogeneous devices. Machines are used to assess and monitor the environment conditions and exchange information in an autonomous fashion. In many critical applications, machines are located in hazardous and even hostile environments, which facilitate security attacks and...
In this paper, we show how a quantum CNOT-based relational database is built, then we show how to query its quantum tables using the most used SQL-like queries, e.g. INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE and SELECT. We specify each time the evolution of the probability amplitude corresponding to the records before and after the query has been executed and we propose corresponding circuits implementation.
