In this paper, a novel substrate integrated waveguide quasi‐elliptic bandpass filter is proposed by combining single‐ and dual‐mode cavities. Two single‐mode cavities with TE101 mode are directly coupled to the dual‐mode resonance cavity which employs a pair of disturbing metallic via‐holes to make the resonant points of TE101 and TE102 mode in one passband. Based on the conventional box‐like topology,...
In this paper, the channelized sideband distortion suppression model was implemented successfully on Virtex 6 FPGA. The hardware implementation was achieved through envelope solution, FIR filter, phase shift and memory effect module. The satisfactory results show that the FPGA implementation method is a promising candidate for future 5G application because of the method's low-cost and low-complexity.
In this paper, a channelized sideband distortion model is proposed to suppress the unwanted emission of Q-band millimeter wave (mmWave) transmitters in wideband contiguous carrier aggregation scenarios. By employing this model, the compensating bandwidth or center frequency can be agilely controlled. Experiments were conducted on a 40 GHz mmWave power amplifier to validate this idea. The satisfactory...
