Some developments to the Electron Optics Simulator (EOS) in high-Performance Computing (HPC) are illustrated in this paper, including LU decomposition, 64-bit Computing and multicore Parallel Computing.
Summary form only given. Microwave Tube Simulator Suite (MTSS) is a full-featured, tightly integrated software package for microwave tube analysis and design. It includes a friendly user interface module and three physics simulators. Microwave Tube Design Environment (MTDE) is the user interface module, which provides a powerful solid modeling front-end and graphical and computational post-processing...
Recent developments to the electron optics simulator (EOS), an electron gun and collector design tool, are reported in this present. The code has been formally released at 2007, and there are some modifications and new methods to improve the code up to now.
Microwave tube simulator suite (MTSS) is a fully featured software package for microwave tube analysis and design. it consists of four modules now, microwave tube design environment (MTDE), electron optics simulator (EOS), high frequency circuit simulator (HFCS), and beam-wave interaction simulator (BWIS).
Microwave tube simulator suite (MTSS), tools for microwave tube design, is developed by Theory and Computer Simulation Lab. of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. It consists of four modules now, microwave tube design environment (MTDE), electron optics simulator (EOS), high frequency circuit simulator (HFCS), and beam-wave interaction simulator (BWIS).
In the area of particle emission, new models for thermionic beam representation are included that support primary emission and secondary emission in EOS. Also discussed are new methods for temperature-limited and space-charge-limited emission. A new secondary emission model is presented that captures true secondaries and back-scattered primary electrons.
