Clock networks dissipate a significant fraction of the entire chip power budget. Therefore, the optimization for power consumption of clock networks has become one of the most important objectives in high performance IC designs. In contrast to most of the traditional works that handle this problem with clock routing or buffer sizing, this paper proposes a novel register clustering algorithm in generating...
A precise submersing navigation position is always the target pursued by underwater technology. The conventional dead reckoning (DR) algorithm normally uses Kalman filter to estimate positional errors. In the present study, soft computing-based models, such as Artificial Neural Network (ANN), have been used to compensate the reckoning error. The problem with ANN is the inevitable local extremum phenomenon...
This paper presents a novel four order adaptive (FOA) PDE method for denoising of magnetic resonance (MR) images. FOA method can adjust the diffusion speed according to the local structure of the image and preserve more details in MRI data. Denoising results on T-1 and T-2 weight MR images are given. We have also compared our method with related PDE models.
