We demonstrate photonic transmitters-mixers integrated with Wilkinson power-combiners. Compared with single-ended operation, double-ended operation exhibits 5.5-dB higher output power over wide frequencies (65–100GHz). 15Gbps error-free wireless transmission with 6.6dBm output at 93 GHz is achieved.
