A new chemiluminescence (CL) reaction between luminol and diperiodatoargentate {K2 [Ag (H2IO6) (OH) 2]} was observed in alkaline medium. The CL intensity could be greatly enhanced by amikacin sulfate. Therefore a new CL method for the determination of amikacin sulfate was built by combining with flow injection technology. A possible mechanism of the CL reaction was proposed via the investigation of...
A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of dihydralazine sulfate (DHZS) is described. The method is based on the reaction of luminol and diperiodatocuprate (K 2 [Cu(H 2 IO 6 )(OH) 2 ], DPC) in alkaline medium to emit CL, which is greatly enhanced by DHZS. The possible CL mechanism was first proposed based on the kinetic characteristic,...
We report on a new chemiluminescence (CL) reaction that occurs between luminol and di-periodatonickelate in alkaline medium. The possible mechanism of this system is discussed based on the kinetics of the reaction, its CL and UV spectra. The system exhibits a sensitivity that is higher than any other system based on luminol. It was successfully applied to the determination of isoniazid in serum.
The paper presented a novel chemiluminescence (CL) immunoassay method, which combines the advantages of traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and bis (2,4,6-trichlorophenyl) oxalate (TCPO)–hydrogen peroxide CL detection system. A fluorescent product 2,3-diaminophenazine (DAPN) was produced by reaction between o-phenylenediamine (OPDA, 1,2-diaminobenzene) and H 2 O 2 ...
