An open ATS (Automatic Test System) architecture based on related technologies as SI (Synthetic Instruments)...
A current-controlled meminductor has the property of variable inductance according to current flowing across it, that brings the nonlinear relation between state variables. In this paper, a three-order passive circuit with a current-controlled meminductor is proposed to generate chaotic oscillation. When configured with proper parameters and initial conditions, strange attractors can be observed....
Memristive circuit element, such as memristor, memcapacitor and meminductor has the property of memory to its dynamic history. The capacitance of a charge-controlled memcapacitor has the relation to the charge accumulated in it, thus leads to nonlinearity. Strange nonlinear behaviors can be observed in some memristive circuits. A three-order passive circuit with charge-controlled memcapacitor is studied...
This work reviews the memristor and its characteristics and provides an impulsive model of memristor oscillators which helps us to develop memristive devices and nonlinear systems. By introducing an efficient tool of a set of inequalities, we analyze the hybrid memristive system and present some new conditions for globally exponential stability of impulsive control memristive systems. Furthermore,...
In this letter, we study the chaotic behaviors in the fractional order memristor based MLC system with cubic nonlinearrity. We find that chaos exists in the fractional order memristor based MLC system with order less than 3. The lowest order we find to have chaos in this system is 1.5.
Voltage-controlled memcapacitor has the property of variable capacitance to voltage added on, that leads to nonlinear dynamic response. A three-order passive circuit with a voltage-controlled memcapacitor is proposed in this paper to generate chaotic oscillation. When configured with proper parameters and initial conditions, strange attractors can be observed. Lyapunov exponent analysis, along with...
In this paper the impulsive control scheme of Chua's Oscillators is represented. Using Lyapunov's direct method, we present conditions under which impulsively controlled Chua's Oscillators is globally exponentially stable. Numerical experimental results are given to demonstrate the obtained impulsive control theorem.
A memristor based 3th order chaotic oscillator is studied in this paper. The oscillator consists 4 kinds of passive circuit elements: R, L, C and M (memristor). Some typical phase portraits like stable focus, unstable focus, limit cycle as well as strange attractor can be observed in the oscillator.
A memristor based 3rd order chaotic oscillator with simple topology is studied in this paper. By varying the circuit parameters we could observe the versatile dynamic phenomena including chaos wherein.
Network survivability is the capability of a network to provide service in the presence of malicious attacks, system failures, or accidents. This paper surveys the issues and challenges in survivable wireless Ad Hoc network. A novel gravity law-based survivability model for Ad Hoc network is first proposed. The robustness of the wireless node and the gravitation between the nodes are measured. And...
In this paper, a two-stage approach for the design of general 1-D stable variable fractional delay all-pass filters is proposed. The method takes the desired group delay range [N-1, N], where N is the filter order. The design algorithm is decomposed into two design stages: Firstly, a set of fixed delay all-pass filters are designed by minimizing a set of objective functions defined in terms of the...
An impulsive control scheme to stabilize nonlinear delay systems with exponential decay rate is presented in this paper. By utilizing different Lyapunov functions and some inequalities, we establish several theorems on the stability of impulsive delay systems and find novel conditions under which impulsively controlled nonlinear delay systems are globally exponentially stable. Then a novel impulsive...

The availability of wireless devices and their increasing ability of sharing information has stimulated the emergence of the wireless ad hoc networks. Localization is a fundamental problem that needs to be solved with the best possible accuracy and efficiency. This paper proposes an RSS-based Monte Carlo localization scheme to sequentially estimate the location of mobile nodes, using the log-normal...
A PWL (PieceWise Linear) model of the new found memristor is proposed in this article. A simple second order circuit containing an inductor, a capacitor, a resistor and a memristor serves as an example to illustrate the application of this model. The circuit equation is established then Matlab simulation is performed. It is believed from this example that the model could provide satisfactory result...
According to a physical memristor fabricated by nano technology, a monotone-increasing and piecewise-linear nonlinear memristor model is applied to study the transmission characteristics of memristors based inverting and noninverting op-amp circuits. Simulation results demonstrated that inverting amplification and noninverting amplification can be obtained in the memristor based op-amp circuits.
This paper is mainly concerned with the impulsive stabilization of a modified Chua's chaotic system with memoristor based on its Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) model. Based on impulsive control theory of dynamical system, a criteria ensuring impulsive stabilizatin of the modified Chua's chaotic system is derived. Illustrative example is given to verify the effectiveness of the control scheme.
In this paper, Murali-Lakshmanan-Chua circuit is modified by replacing Chua's diode with a memristor. Simulation results demonstrated that chaotic attractors could be generated in the modified circuit.
This paper studies the problem of stabilization of piecewise-linear networked control systems with random communication packet losses. Because of the limited bandwidth of the channels, such random packet losses could occur between the plant and controller. The random packet loss is assumed to obey the Bernoulli random binary distribution. In the presence of random packet losses, a piecewise controller...
