Spatial clustering is an important area in cluster analysis. Up to now, most computing models are implemented mostly by traditional von Neumann's architecture. The purpose of this paper is to propose a simulated evolutionary DNA computing model and integrate DNA computing with cluster analysis. The proposed technique will apply for large scale, high parallel clustering problems potentially.
In this paper we suppose the formation and evolvement mechanism of city system is the site selection of special entities in the city. We construct model to simulate the mechanism based on multi-agent system, the experiment results show that the distribution of a virtual city system can be generated by the mechanism. Further, we prove that the generated distribution of city system is corresponding...
Traffic flow models had become an important tool for modeling the operations of dynamic traffic systems. Different traffic flow model had its advantage and disadvantage. While microscopic simulation models provided a more detailed representation of the traffic process, were macroscopic and mesoscopic models able to simulate traffic dynamic of large networks in lesser detail, but without the problems...
