This study develops a novel, miniature and highly sensitive fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer (FMZI) sensor, which is based on a section of polymer-filled hollow core fiber (HCF) fused an offset single mode fiber (SMF). Experimental results show linear responses of temperature measurement and good interference visibility of spectra can be obtained.
