Obliczenia objęły wpływ liczby i szerokości emiterów (3-30 μm), ich ustawienia w matrycach (z i bez diamentowej nakładki w układzie montażowym) na maksymalny przyrost temperatury w przyrządach oraz wielkość efektu wzajemnego nagrzewania się sąsiadujących emiterów.
