This article presented a new solution to the problem of forming a mathematical model of an automated assembly in the form of binary relations of movement restrictions on 3D models created in CATIA. Shown that the use of new software lets you analyze an large assembly, is practically in polynomial time.
The article presents the implementation of a prospective model of computer-integrated manufacturing for a flexible assembly manufacture based on the interconnected model of the object assembly process design technologies and production models.
