Based on the unknown input (UI) proportional observers, a systematic full-order unknown input proportional integral observers (UIPIO) is derived for a descriptor system with delayed state and UI. We show that the proportional integral observers proposed, gives robust state estimation face of UI and uncertain parameters. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the observer are given and proved.
