AbstractWe removed a cavernous angioma, making a tunnel between the fourth ventricle and tubercle using the traction-dissection method. Cavernous angioma with such a distribution is extremely rare, and we manipulated the mass differently to minimize surgical damage. Intraoperative findings and technical considerations are made.
