In this work, RGO/SnO2 nanocomposites films were airbrushed on interdigitated electrodes to prepare gas sensors. The films were characterized by SEM, XRD and Raman. The sensing performance to NO2 gas was investigated at room-temperature. The experimental results showed that moderate SnO2 nanoparticles enhanced the response of the sensors. The optimum amount of SnO2 is 40mg, whose response is 39.1%...
A new hydrogen-bond acidic groups functionalized siloxane polymer for quartz crystal microbalance sensors (QCMs) application was synthesized via O-alkylation, claisen rearrange, hydrosilylation and hexafluoroacetone groups (HFA) electrophilic addition reaction. This hexafluoroisopropanol functionalized polysiloxane was confirmed by FT-IR and 1HNMR, and coated onto a AT-cut 8 MHz QCM sensors to investigate...
A modified spin coating method used for fabricating the waveguide layer has been evaluated for Love wave device. The properties of these devices have been compared with those of devices fabricated by the conventional method. The thicker and smooth layers achieved by the modified method enhance the mass sensitivity and reduce the insertion loss. Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and sulfosalicylic...
