This paper designs a multifunctional remote-controllable home system based load aggregation management system. On the one hand, this system combines the Load Aggregators with Smart Home and presents an effective and practical method to realize household load management. When the household loads are needed to adjust by load aggregators, the system can automatically control the load on the user side...
when mobile users search points of interest from location based service, they always should provide their accurate locations, which may leak users' location privacy. To protect users' location privacy, some two-tie approaches have been imposed. However, existing approaches are either hard to implement or may lead to high communication cost. In this paper, we present a novel approach, called Guess-Answer...
We consider a discrete-time Geo/G/1 queue with general retrial times, balking customers, feedback, and starting failures of the server. We analyze the Markov chain underlying the considered queueing system and present some performance measures of the system in steady-state. Numerical results are presented with a focus on the effect of feedback and balking on the system performance.
We consider a discrete-time Geo/G/1 retrial queue with feedback, balking customers, and general retrial times. If a new arriving customer finds the server busy, he may depart immediately from the system or join the orbit. After service completion, the customer decides either to join the orbit for another service or leaves the system completely. We analyze the Markov chain underlying the considered...
There are some problems existing in present containers management such as idle containers, slow velocity of turnover of containers, disordered containers management, and undeveloped information communication. Our containers management includes three main aspects: tracing management of the containers?? scheduling, allocation, distribution and using during transportation; Tracking record of the containers...
