Using high current relativistic electron beams for pumping high power excimer lasers makes a lot of problems to be solved by scientist, problems connected with transport of REB in a mixture of pure gas with a small amount of agent containing fluorine. In this paper we investigate the problems of influence of admixtures SF6, on transport of REB current and on dynamics of plasma currents in argon.
