The current status of the various theoretical approaches to the description of turbulence in the electron flow and electronic devices of ultrahigh frequencies (UHF) is shown. A three types of turbulence in nonlaminar electron flow were considered. The first type of turbulence is caused by the intersection of the electron trajectories (eg, due to thermal velocities) and it is common to all the electron...
The paper offers a list of characteristics of the automated information system for process control of the centralized heat supply systems (CHS) of megalopolises belonging to the class of the systems supporting decision-making (SSDM) at carrying out operational and perspective actions in the CHS. Functionality of the SSDM is enabled due to the used software, which is based on the methods and models...
The authors propose a synthesis method for cylindrical arrays. This method allows the calculation of the required amplitude-phase distribution within a given active sector of the antenna array, taking into account the directional properties of the radiating elements.
Polariton modes in quantum-well traps for Bose-condensation of excitons are studied. It is found that some modes can become unstable and start lasing due to exciton spectrum narrowing during condensation. A model of such lasing is developed, showing different lasing regimes and possible coherent features of recombination emission of excitons.
