This paper proposes an improved stator flux control algorithm based on the torque feedforward control technique for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). The proposed flux linkage control algorithm can prevent the d and q- axis voltages from saturation and improve the dynamic behavior. A lookup table is used in the torque feedforward control technique, which outputs the desired d and...
AC loss measurements have been carried out on Bi2212 round wires of different twist pitches. With systematical variation of sample temperature (5 K–70 K) and ac field amplitude ( $\leq$ 0.2 T) as well as frequency (20 Hz–2 kHz) , this work shows (1) the full coupling of the non-twisted wire, (2) the uncoupling of sub-wires by twisting at moderate pitch up to 12 mm, (3) a relatively short time constant...
Ultrathin Co/Pt multilayer system with strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) nowadays has been paid more attention to be used, as an ideal model system, in the study of current or field-driven domain wall motion [1, 2]. It has also shown ion irradiation technique is very effective to modify physical properties and anisotropy of magnetic nanostructures [3, 4]. The PMA in ultra-thin Co/Pt multilayers...
By using first-principle energy calculations, we found that the coupling structures between As in-suit substitute impurities and Hg vacancy in HgCdTe having p-type characteristics no matter As in-suit substitute Hg or Te atom. However, the characteristics of the coupling structures between As in-suit interstitial atom and mercury vacancy depend on the relative site of the interstitial atom.
