The alignment of organic single crystals with controlled placement and reasonable throughput is a practical way to realize their ultimate applications in electronics or photoelectronics, which however is still a challenging task. Here, a facile solution-processed dip-coating method is developed to construct crystalline fullerene arrays which exhibit excellent UV-light sensing performance. Our approach...
Here we employ cyclic atmospheric chemical vapor deposition method to readily achieve strictly monolayer graphene continuous sheet with size as large as several square centimeters on copper foil. The uniformity and quality of as-synthesized graphene sheet have been verified by optical microscope, Raman, and electronic measurement, etc. The mechanism of this method is also revealed by carbon isotope...
We report a simple and effective route to convert graphene oxide sheets to good quality graphene sheets using hot pressing. The reduced graphene oxide sheets obtained from graphene oxide by low temperature thermal exfoliation are annealed at 1500°C and 40MPa uniaxial pressures for 5min in vacuum. No appreciable oxygen content was observed from X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and no D peak was detected...
