A novel variable-phase inverting amplifier is given. The proposed inverter has an adjustable phase which depends on the unity-gain bandwidth of only one of the two o.a.s employed in the circuit. Application of the inverter for phase correction in two-integrator loop filters is discussed.
A new configuration for activating the symmetrical twin-T network to realise a medium-selectivity notch filter is given. The ?0 and Q factor sensitivities with respect to all circuit components are very low. The frequency-limitation equations for the circuit are derived, based on the 1-pole rolloff model of the operational amplifier.
