A micro-array based automated hybridization platform, ITRI HybOne, has been developed for whole human genome expression profiling test. A special handling module of micro-array has been designed for the purpose of automation. A MTBF-test has bees applied to ITRI HybOne to verify the reliability of the hybridization platform.
