This paper presents a novel tri-reflector compact antenna test range (CATR) to be working in the THz range. For the purpose of mechanical alignment, the quiet zone assessment is conducted using near field scanning technique in the F band (90–140 GHz). The preliminary results suggest that the system is well implemented. Future work will be conducted in the frequency range of 200– 325 GHz.
