In this paper, a meander line dipole antenna for Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification (UHF RFID) tag applications is presented. The proposed antenna consists meandered dipole with end spiral conductor, an inductively coupled parasitic element for size miniaturization and T-loop for feed structure. The antenna is designed for North America UHF RFID frequency band (902–928 MHz) with Alien...
A compact hexagonal Sierpinski fractal antenna for super wideband applications is presented. It consists of hexagonal radiation patch with two iterations of Sierpinski square slots and coplanar waveguide feeding. An impedance bandwidth of 3.4–37.4 GHz is achieved. The achieved bandwidth ratio is 11:1. Desirable radiation performance characteristics including relatively stable and omni-directional...
A compact CPW-fed Phi shaped super wideband monopole antenna is presented. An impedance bandwidth of 3.8 to 38 GHz is achieved by using phi shaped radiator, coplanar waveguide feedline and quarter elliptical ground plane. It provided good radiation performance characteristics. A good agreement between the simulated and experimental results is achieved.
