Infrared optical properties of the films have been investigated using infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry. Experimental results using two ways of Terahertz generation from difference frequency generation (DFG) in GaSe crystal and terahertz-wave parametric generator (TPG) in MgO doped LiNbO3 crystal are reported.
