The coexistence of cavernous malformations (CMs) and developmental venous anomalies (DVAs) in the cerebellopontine angle (CPA) is exceedingly rare. To the authors' knowledge, only one case of CPA CM with concurrence of a neighboring DVA has been reported to date.
