This paper studies the output feedback consensus of second-order multi-agent systems. The information of the exosystem could not be accessed by all the agents and each agent could access the information with its neighbors. Observer-based distributed control approach is proposed to solve the consensus problem of multi-agents, in which all the states of agent can not be measured by itself and its neighbors.
