The accelerator has become widely used for industrial field. In particular, the low energy electron accelerator has attracted considerable attention in the field. We have developed and manufactured the electron linac up to 10MeV such as the electron beam sterilization system and the lattice defects generator. The design of electron linac and some of their applications are described in this paper.
We report the results of some calculations on the beam dynamics in the high power linac and discuss them in this paper. The magnet and RF-field in linac had been calculated by mesh method and then the beam dynamics had been calculated by particle tracking method. It is found that the electron beam can be obtained energy of 10 MeV and average power of 28 KW.
