It is important to develop pedestrians, convenience and safety for realizing ITS world. In recent years, navigation for pedestrians has been increased by spreading of smart phones. The GPS (Global Positioning System) is main stream to obtain user's position information outdoors. However, positioning quality is poor in urban area. Then, the positioning reliability becomes worse. We can point out the...
For realization of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) world, location information is one of important information because the accuracy of the position decides the quality of ITS services. Kinematic positioning has been attracting attention as a high-precision position estimation method of moving objects. However, the acquisition rate of FIX solutions fluctuates according to positioning parameters...
In this paper, we analyze Mean Square Error performances of the frequency offset estimator based on the Moose algorithm. From the analytical result, we indicate a possibility of the iteratively offset estimator and propose a modified estimator structure. By computer simulations, we evaluate the proposed iterative offset estimator and a compatibility with the theoretical analysis.
