Electromagnetic pulse (EMP) can be delivered to electronic equipment in two ways. One is through the application of radiated fields, and the other is through conduction along cables and wires. In this study, a high-voltage pulse generator using a spiral Blumlein Pulse Forming Line (PFL) was developed for the test of EMP effect by radiation and conduction. For the conduction test, a spiral strip Blumlein...
Multiferroic (Bi1−xEux)(Fe1−xMnx)O3 (BEFM-x, x=0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, and 0.10) thin films were prepared on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) substrates by using a chemical solution deposition method. Compared to the pure BiFeO3 thin film, improved ferroelectric property and reduced leakage current density were observed in the co-doped BEFM-x thin films. Among them, the BEFM-0.08 thin film capacitor...
In this work we have presented images from the first biomimetic electrostatic imager. BEI looks extremely promising for assisting with the navigation and detection of underwater ocean biology, vehicles, and sensors. Our next work will focus on the development of a para metric, rather than empirical model, and an extended investigation of the sensor's detection range.
