A novel and simple helix slow-wave structure (SWS) with low gain fluctuation is present. The high frequency characteristics and beam-wave interaction of this structure are calculated. We have developed a co-registered optical coherence tomography (OCT) and line-scanning fluorescence laminar optical tomography (FLOT) imaging system. This system enables simultaneous 3-D imaging of tissue morphology and molecular information 10-100 mum resolution and millimeter-scale imaging depth.
We present a combined optical coherence tomography (OCT) and line-scanning fluorescence laminar optical tomography (FLOT) system for simultaneous 3-D morphological and molecular imaging with 10–100 µm resolution and millimeter-scale imaging depth.
