The concept of uniform incidence degree is given in the paper. It is proved that the uniform incidence degree and similarity incidence degree are disjoint. The conversion methods between them, how to construct uniform incidence degree by similarity incidence degree, how to construct similarity incidence degree by uniform incidence degree are discussed in the paper.
According to the concept of complete correlation, based on similarity incidence degree, it is proved that complete correlation is an equivalence relation. At the same time, the convergence of quotient space under the condition of the classification in this equivalence relation is discussed. And it is proved that the incidence degrees between similarity classes in quotient space are closeness incidence...
An emergency control system for shipping is an indispensable part of the modern maritime operation system. Petri nets are useful for describing and studying information processing systems that are characterized as being concurrent, distributed parallel and asynchronous. In this paper, a generalized stochastic Petri net with finite capacity and inhibitor arc is exploited to model the emergency control...
In this paper the value trends of the development coefficient is studied using the grey system theory for the dynamic development coefficient. After a brief introduction of grey system theory, the coefficient trend analysis and the dynamic development coefficient analysis using the grey system are discussed consequently. Next two numerical examples are used to demonstrate the proposed method.
In this paper, according to the data sequence of system behavior {x(k)}k=1n and a set of data {y(k)}k=1n satisfying y(n) = x(n), the authors prove that there always exists a buffer operator D satisfying XD={x(k)d}k=1n, which can provide a specific constructor method of buffer operator. Finally, the axiom of invariable trend is proposed to add in the axiom systems of buffer operator.
