This paper deals with the effect of Ce on the properties of BaTiO3 based material containing Sr. New method was used to synthesize BaTiO3 based ceramic powder with the particle size 20-90 nm by use of Ti(OC4H9)4-ammoniacitric acid raw material system. BET equipment was used to measure the specific surface area of BaTiO3 based ceramic containing Sr. The test results show that Ce could improve the dielectric...
BaTiO3 based ceramics were applied widely to make electronics units. But conventional processing of BaTiO3 ceramic particles relies on the solid-state reactions, by which the coarse, impure, inhomogeneous and multiphase powders were produced. In this paper, new method was used to synthesize BaTiO3 based ceramic nanopowder with the particle size 20- 90 nm by use of Ba(NO3)2 - Ti(OC4H9)4-ammonia-citric...
This paper deals with computation of the dielectric constant of BaTiO3 composites according to two computation models. The results showed that the dielectric constant epsiv of materials increases with volume of BaTiO3, which is as same as that reported. At same time, the mediate phase was proved to exist between BaTiO3 and polymer. It indicates that the mediate phase computation model is rational.
