A novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor based on hollow gold nanospheres (HGNPs) and an improved sandwich assay was developed to detect rabbit IgG. The electromagnetic coupling between the HGNPs and Au film, and the notable plasmonic fields spread over the inner and outer surfaces of HGNPs, led to the considerable amplification of the SPR signal. Polydopamine-Ag@Fe3O4/reduced graphene oxide...
In this work, a novel MoS2-based immobilized trypsin reactor was designed and prepared. Pyrene-1-butyric acid was first assembled onto MoS2 nanosheets via the strong π-π stacking and then trypsin was covalently immobilized onto the nanocomposite supports through amidation reaction. Compared with traditional in-solution digestion, higher sequence coverage (84%) and shorter time (5min) could be achieved...
To date, plenty of new alternative materials for phosphopeptides enrichment prior to mass spectrometry (MS) analysis appear, especially immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) materials. The variable combinations with different metal ions, chelating ligands and solid supports offer full of optionality for IMAC. However, further improvement was predicted by the tedious and complex synthetic...
A novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor based on Ag nanocubes/chitosan composite was fabricated for mouse IgG detection. Ag nanocubes (AgNCs) were successfully synthesized with sulfide-mediated protocol. They were characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV–vis adsorption spectrum. AgNCs were etched by 3-Mercaptopropinic acid (MPA) and simply mixed with chitosan and...
We herein report a turn-on fluorescent probe based on excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) mechanism and self-immolative linker for hydrogen sulfide detection. The new probe exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity over other biologically relevant anions. Moreover, we show the utility of the probe for the detection of hydrogen sulfide in living cells as well.
The polyaniline-coated magnetic particles with bowl-shaped morphology (Fe 3 O 4 /C/PANI microbowls) were successfully prepared and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The prepared microbowls were used as the magnetic adsorbent in dispersive solid phase extraction of five pyrethroids, including cyhalothrin,...
