A novel ultraviolet photochemical method was used to prepare TiO2 resistive-switching films. Amorphous TiO2 films were formed on flexible indium-tin oxide (ITO) coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates by deep ultraviolet irradiation at 150 °C.
