This paper presents angular characteristics for high-speed railway (HSR) channels, based on virtual single-input multiple-output (SIMO) measurements. A virtual array measurement scheme is investigated and used to generate SIMO channel impulse responses (CIRs) from single-antenna measurements in three typical HSR scenarios, including obstructed viaduct, deep cutting, and open station. According to...
In this letter, spatial channel characterization in high-speed railway (HSR) scenarios is investigated using a moving virtual array measurement approach. Based on the wideband single-antenna measurements conducted on high-speed railway (HSR) in China and the moving virtual array measurement scheme, $1\times 3$ single-input–multiple-output channel impulse responses are generated. Spatial characteristics...
The radial line waveguide slot array antennas have two types of slot array arrangement. The rotational mode feed structure uses the concentrically arrangement slot array which is the same slot length. It is possible to reduce the computational resource because it is good in each division to calculate the shape of the radiating slots. This art makes it is possible to large scale analysis which includes...
An ultra-wideband single-mode single-polarization photonic crystal fiber design is proposed. Simulations indicate it has a 1540 nm SMSP range with the confinement loss being ≪ 0.25 dB/km and an effective area of 2.2 µm2. Meanwhile, the flat, near-zero group velocity dispersion can also be achieved at ∼800 nm.
