Aim
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) results in right ventricular (RV) dysfunction owing, in part, to RV ischemia. The relative contribution of RV microvascular rarefaction vs reduced right coronary artery perfusion pressure (RCA‐PP) to RV ischemia remains unknown.
