In Central Poland wetlands are overgrown by 167 plant associations
and communities. The most interesting are: Eleocharitetum acicularis, Hippuridetum
vulgaris, Cladietum marisci, Caricelum davallianae, Eleocharitetum quinqueflorae,
Liparo-Schoenetum ferruginei.
In the present paper a list of 4 species of mosses and 25 rare
species of vascular plants from the Międzyrzecze Warty and Widawki Landscape
Park and surrounding areas is presented.
In 1949-1989 483 sites of Carex limosa and 315 sites of Scheuchzeria
palustris were recorded in Poland. These plants were described in 16 plant communities
of the following classes: Scheuchzerio-Caricetea fuscae, Oxycocco-Sphagnetea and
Phragmitetea. Carex limosa and Scheuchzeria palustris occur mostly in the following
communities in Poland: Caricetum limosae, Drepanoclado-Caricetum limosae, Sphagno-...
Employing a developed equation for determining the coefficient of
naturalness a valorization of 55 randomly selected mid-field depressions occurring in the
South Kujawy region was carried out to estimate the naturalness of their floras. While
investigating the dependence between the number of species and increase in areas of
"kettle lakes" it was calculated that at least 20 mid-field...
329 species of vascular plants and 52 species of mosses were recorded
in the hydrogenic soils of the South Kujawy region. In the vegetation 78 different
communities and associations were represented. Among them 12 communities of
anthropogenic origin were distinguished. They belong to the following classes:
Bidentetea tripartiti, Plantaginetea maioris and Artemisietea.
In the Southern Kujawy District phytocenoses of 33 plant associations
and communities of the alliances Phragmition, Scirpion matitimi, Magnocaricion
elatae, Caricion gracilis, Sparganio-Glycerion fluitantis and Eleocharidio-
Sagittarion were identified.
Hydrogenic soils of the Southern Kujawy District are overgrown
by the phytocenoses of 14 meadow associations and communities of the class
Molinio-Arrhenatheretea, 7 plant associations and communities of the class Scheuchzerio-
Caricetea fuscae, and one each from the classes Potamogetonetea, Utricularietea
intermedio-minoris, Oxycocco-Sphagnetea and Alnetea glutinosae.
The paper present state of knowledge about dislocation
and ecology of Wolffia arrhiza and it’s plant association on area
of Poland. The authors describe 35 new localities of Wolffia arrhiza in the South Kujawy Region.
