As-quenched Fe91 − xMo8Cu1Bx NANOPERM-type alloys (x = 12, 15, 17, 20) were exposed to continuous heat treatment up to 800°C. Phase composition of the Mg—Fe powder prepared by spark erosion is investigated using Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results are compared with the phase analysis of MgO single crystal wafer implanted by 57Fe.
