We have calculated relativistic energies, Landé factors and lifetimes for 5d6s2, 5d26s, 6s2ns (n = 7–14), 6s2nd (n = 6–25), 6s2ng (n = 5–7), 6s2np (n = 6–25), 5d6s6p and 6s2nf (n = 5–23) excited levels outside the core [Xe]4f14 in neutral lutetium (Z = 71) using Cowan’s relativistic Hartree-Fock (HFR) method. The results obtained have been compared with other calculations and experiments.
