Phenolic acids were studied in flowers and leaves of blackthorn, by chromatographic methods: 2D-PC and RP-HPLC. In the analysed raw materials we have found the following acids: p-hydroxybenzoic, protocatechuic, vanillic, gallic, p-coumaric, caffeic, ferulic and chlorogenic.
