Mycological analyses of infected mountain pine needles were conducted for years 2011−2012. Yellow spots on needles were found in subalpine zone of the Karkonosze National Park. The effect of organic and mineral fertilization on healthiness of spring wheat was studied. It was shown, that higher nitrogen fertilization could increase percentage of infestation of spring wheat leaves by Puccinia recondita and Blumeria graminis. The organic fertilization could decrease of infestation by P. recondita.
