According to the foreign research, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises growth influence factors are get. Based on the large questionnaire investigation and using comparison analysis method, main factors that influence the growth of Dalian small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises is discussed. Through research, high-speed growth small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises and low-speed...
Nowadays mainstream RDF Repository Systems are based on RDBMS. The SPARQL query engine translates a SPARQL query into a SQL one, and then the RDBMS executes the SQL query. However the RDBMS optimizers, which usually assume that columns are statistically independent, often underestimate the selectivity of conjunctive predicates and choose a bad query execution plan. It is important for query optimizers...
Text knowledge analysis plays a very important role in knowledge processing. In order to find interesting patters, we introduce text analysis into the formal concept analysis(FCA) field. FCA is a valid tool for data mining and knowledge processing. In the paper, we present a method for extracting the conceptual patterns and concept lattice from multiple knowledge sources. The method consists of two...
Traditional GEP algorithm takes up many system resources in decoding and evaluating due to the operation of the tree construction and corresponding traversing. This paper aims to introduce a novel GEP algorithm to alleviate the drawback mentioned above. The main contributions include:(1) presenting a new method for decoding and evaluating chromosome (SGDE), and proposing the corresponding ETs construction...
Wavelength sweep technique (WST) is introduced into intra-cavity fiber laser (ICFL) for low concentration gas detection. The limitation induced by noise can be eliminated using this method, and the performance of the system is improved. The sensitivity of the system is reduced to less than 300 ppm. With WST, sweeping characteristic of the ICFL can be described according to known gas absorption spectra.
Wavelength modulation technique (WMT) and wavelength sweep technique (WST) are introduced into intra-cavity absorption gas sensors (ICAGS) for low concentration gas detection. The optimized parameters of the system maximizing the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) are found. Calibration of acetylene concentration and gas recognition are both realized.
