We propose and design chalcogenide core tellurite cladding nanofiber and photonic crystal fiber (PCF). The PCF shows zero flattened dispersion with zero slope at 1.5 mum wavelength. The structure can achieve high control on dispersion.
We report what we believe to be the first demonstration of flat supercontinuum generation expanding from 1000 to 2100 nm from a microstructure tellurite fiber pumped by a tunable ultrafast laser source.
