Re‐entrant structures have been deemed necessary for repelling low surface tension liquids. The cover by Nischay Kodihalli Shivaprakash, Joey Mead and colleagues, shows an SEM image of re‐entrant structures produced on a polyamide sheet by a continuous roll‐to‐roll hot embossing process. A twostage process, comprised of embossing followed by post compression, allowed the fabrication of reentrant structures. The re‐entrant structures upon combining with an additional top coating of PFTS monolayer improved liquid repellency. The manufacturing methodology presented here with the associated understanding of the basic process involved will have both research and practical applications. DOI: 10.1002/app.46980.
